Salem Community Theatre Presents ‘A Christmas Carol’

SALEM, Ohio – Salem Community Theatre will present “A Christmas Carol,” the classic holiday play, this weekend.

Performances will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Dec. 7-9, with a 2 p.m. matinee Sunday, Dec. 10.

The theater is at 490 E. State St., downtown.

Tickets are $14 (all seats are general admission) and can be purchased in advance at salemcommunitytheatre.org or at the box office before each performance.

“A Christmas Carol,” based on the story by Charles Dickens, tells the cautionary tale of Ebenezer Scrooge, who is visited by three ghosts on Christmas Eve who show him the error of his ways.

The Salem production is being directed by Melissa Kuttler.

The cast is Diane Capaldi as Martha Cratchit, Parker Bello as Peter Cratchit, Brogan Kuttler as Tiny Tim, Rachel McLaughlin as Mrs. Cratchit, Emerson Kuttler as Belinda Cratchit, Bill Barlow lll as Bob Cratchit, Dan Haueter as Ebenezer Scrooge, Ian McBride as Mr. Fezziwig and Holly Hanna as Mrs. Fezziwig.
