Score Hosting Food Business Classes in May
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown chapter of the Service Corps of Retired Executives, better known as Score, will host a three-session class on the impact farmers’ markets can have on businesses.
The first class is 6:30 to 8 p.m. May 17, followed by classes on May 24 and 31. Classes will be held at The Oak Hill Collaborative, 507 Oak Hill Ave. in Youngstown. Topics for the seminar, Cultivate Your Food Business at Farmers’ Markets, include record keeping, profits, taxes and more.
Partnering with Score for the classes are Howland Farmers’ Market, Northside Farmers’ Market, the Common Wealth Kitchen Incubator, The Magic Tree Pub & Eatery, the Leetonia Library and the Oak Hill Collaborative.
