Sebring Industrial Facility Purchased by Illinois Company for $1M

SEBRING, Ohio – A light manufacturing facility in Sebring has changed ownership this week in a transaction of more than $1 million.

According to transfer records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office, the property at 1100 N. Johnson Road, Sebring, was purchased by Remke LLC of Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., from SWJ LLC.

Sitting on just over 10 acres of property, the facility is listed as a storage and warehouse facility with some office space, which was built in 1964 and remodeled in 1969.

The location is listed as the home of Buckeye Polymers Inc. Recycling or BPI Recycling LLC, a company registered with the secretary of state by Jeffrey S. Fisher of Lodi. The company’s focus is the processing of postconsumer and postindustrial plastics.

The sale price of the facility was $1.046 million.

Remke LLC is not listed as registered by the secretary of states in either Illinois or Ohio.
