Should You List Your Home During the Holidays?

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – In this episode of The Real T, Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate co-owner Michael Stevens joins host Abby Masluk to discuss the current real estate market, and whether the holiday season is a good time to list a home for sale.

Real estate sales during the winter months vary from year to year, but Stevens says that this year the market is looking especially strong. The area is still experiencing a lack of inventory, which is great news for sellers.

“We still have buyers that have been looking for homes all summer,” Stevens says. “There are still a lot of buyers out there waiting for homes to come on the market.”

Stevens also shares tips for sellers participating in showings during the winter months.
