Skakalski Joins Staff at Sharon Regional Medical Center

Tonia L. Skakalski, D.O., has joined Steward Medical Group as it expands access to women’s health services in the area. Skakalski, an obstetrician and gynecologist, is a member of the medical staff at Sharon Regional Medical Center. She completed her residency at Synergy Medical Education Alliance in Saginaw, Mich., and was on the clinical faculty at Michigan State University. Throughout her career, Skakalski has presented numerous lectures and education programs and has been published in the Journal of Emergency Medicine. Additionally, she has volunteered on medical missions in Asia and Romania, where she worked in outpatient clinics and hospitals to treat women and children in those underserved regions.
