YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Students from Jackson-Milton’s pre apprenticeship course got a first-hand look at what it takes to work on cell towers during a presentation from Tri-County tower. The demonstration is part of an effort to expose students to career pathways that don’t require a four-year college degree.
