SOD Center Serves as Major Resource for Employers
SALEM, Ohio – The Sustainable Opportunity Development Center held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday to celebrate the opening of its new Technical Training Center.
The center will be used to train entry-level individuals to move into skilled trades positions and beyond.
“This is significant in training the entry-level worker and to advance those who want to upskill with technical trades, and then advance them into longer-term training facilities like our career and technical centers or universities,” says Julie Needs, executive director of the SOD Center.
