Spano Voted Among Top 20 Disability Warriors in Ohio

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Anthony Spano, founder and executive director of The Hope Foundation of the Mahoning Valley, was named one of the Top 20 Disability Warriors in Ohio by Liner Legal, a Cleveland law firm.

A disability warrior advocates for those with disabilities, raises awareness or funds for those with disabilities or has a disability themselves and enriches their community.

“Giving these disability warriors the recognition they deserve has been a privilege,” said Liner Legal founder, Michael Liner. “Our mission is to fight and advocate for those with disabilities, and we know we are not alone. We thank ALL the warriors named in our Top 20 Disability Warrior list for fighting alongside the Liner Legal team for this community.”

Spano started the Hope Foundation of the Mahoning Valley in 2007. Its mission is to “enhance the quality of life for families with children experiencing chronic and/or terminal conditions in the Mahoning Valley,” he says.
