Specialty Strip Renews ISO 9001 Certificate
MASURY, Ohio – Specialty Strip & Oscillating Inc. have renewed their ISO 9001: 2015 certification, which shows that Specialty Strip meets internationally recognized requirements of quality determined by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
SRI Quality System Registrar granted the registration, declaring that Specialty Strip successfully meets the ISO 9001: 2015 quality requirements for the “processing and slitting of steel,” according to a news release.
The certificate is valid for two years.
Specialty Strip & Oscillating is a supplier of conventional slit and oscillate coils in cold-rolled low carbon, high carbon, alloy and stainless steel. The coils are 20- to 25 miles of continuous strips up to 2.5 inches wide with faces between four and 14 inches, and gauges from .009- to .125 inches in thickness.
