SRMC Welcomes New Plastic and Breast Care Surgeon
SALEM, Ohio – Salem Regional Medical Center is welcoming plastic and reconstructive surgeon Linda A. Camp, M.D., to its medical staff.
Dr. Camp is board certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She performs all aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery, including surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
She has a special interest in caring for women with breast cancer. In addition to her practice, she will provide leadership for SRMC’s multidisciplinary breast cancer committee and consultative services to breast cancer patients at the University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center at Salem Regional.
“Women facing the breast cancer journey often need some type of breast surgery performed as part of their treatment,” Camp says. “Choosing to undergo surgery is a personal decision and it is important to find the right solution for each patient. I will be working with my breast cancer patients to create a personalized treatment plan that optimizes their outcomes based on their individual needs and goals.”
Camp received her medical degree from the Northeastern Ohio Medical University in Rootstown. She completed her surgical residency at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Cleveland, and her plastic surgery residency at Penn State- Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pa. In addition, she obtained her MBA from Malone University in Canton.
