YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio– Our first ‘Staff Pick’ of 2023 features Past Times Arcade in Girard, which celebrated its grand opening back in June. The arcade is a passion project of Warren businessman Rob Berk, a pinball aficionado who has been collecting the machines all his life. He has spent at least $1 million on the project.
