Staff Picks: Mahjongg for Fun and Fundraising

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio– Back in 2018, the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County hosted a Mahjongg tournament. While Mahjongg games can get competitive, it was smiles all around at this fundraiser.
