Stambaugh Pillars Fashion Show Set for Nov. 2
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio– Stambaugh Auditorium will host the 19th Annual Stambaugh Pillars Fashion Show on Nov. 2. The event is sponsored in part by Sherman Creative, WKBN, and WYTV.
Festivities kick off with a social hour at 10:30 a.m. A plated lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m, and the Fashion Show begins at 12:30 p.m. The show will feature fashions provided by Dillard’s at Southern Park Mall, Chico’s, Suzanne’s, Lingenfelter Brill, Marisa’s Tutu Bowtique, Trendy Trousseau and Little Paws Apparel.
Returning this year as emcee is WYTV’s Jim Loboy, co-host on 33 News@Daybreak. More than 20 local community members will participate as models. Fashions will include options for women, men, children and pets.
The event includes a 50/50 raffle and chance auction for items including gift cards, gift baskets, dinner certificates, event tickets and more. Included in the ticket raffle are several items valued at over $100, organizers said. Boutique shopping also will be available, with selections provided by various vendors. Each person attending will receive a gift bag containing samples, gift certificates and coupons.
Lunch will be provided by Saratoga Restaurant and Catering and will feature Hunter-style chicken, smashed redskin potatoes and a mixed greens salad with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, and balsamic vinaigrette. The ticket price of $35 for Pillars members and $40 for nonmembers includes one drink from the cash bar.
