Steve Miller Band Coming to The Amp in August

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Steve Miller Band will return to the Mahoning Valley on Aug. 9 for a concert at the Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre.

Tickets are $175, $135, $89.50, $75 and $42.50 and go on sale Friday, April 28, at 10 am at ticketmaster.com and at the Covelli Centre box office (fees apply).

An online-only presale will take place from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday; use the password JOKER.

During Miller’s half-century on the rock scene, he has sold tens of millions of units and racked up a slew of hit songs, including “The Joker,” “Take the Money and Run,” “Rock’n Me,” “Fly Like an Eagle,” “Jet Airliner,” “Jungle Love,” “Swingtown” and “Abracadabra.”

His “Greatest Hits 1974-78” album sold more than 15 million copies and ranks among the 25 best-selling albums of all time.

Miller was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2016 and the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2022.
