Strimbu Inc. Seeks Truck Drivers at Hiring Event
BROOKFIELD, Ohio – Nick Strimbu Inc. will hold what the company describes as “a fleet expansion hiring event” May 8 and 9.
Customers have been pressuring the company to increase its capacity and new Peterbilt trucks are scheduled to arrive by the beginning of summer, says Bill Strimbu, company president.
“We made a huge commitment to purchase new equipment, but our biggest investment is in the professional men and women who drive the success of Nick Strimbu Inc.,” added Mark Lorenz, vice president of operations.
Truck drivers will be offered a chance to be hired in at the “highest wage and benefit package in the area.” Attendees will also be treated to “Strimbu hospitality, food and drinks and prizes,” the company says.
“If you are an experienced driver with a CDL or are an owner- operator, you are invited to attend. We are planning an exciting two-day event,” explained Heather Holmes, human resources coordinator. “We will have a lot of surprises for drivers who want to join our team.”
