YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – During this year’s Summer Manufacturing Camp, students from Mahoning and Trumbull counties are exploring ways to improve several sites across the Valley. Meanwhile, students at Youngstown State University are partnering with the city of Youngstown to brainstorm ways to improve the city.
