Students Lay Down Tracks to Success at Choffin
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The new music production and recording program is designed to provide an understanding of music creation, production, and recording for Youngstown City School District 11th and 12th grade scholars.
During the two year program, students have access to industry standard music production equipment to help them learn about the music recording industry and what career opportunities are available.
“We want to make sure that we had the best equipment aligned to industry; aligned to what post secondary offers to give our students the best education and preparedness for that next step,” says Mike Saville, director of Choffin Career & Technical Center.
