Supporters, Students Can Buy Tickets for YSU-OSU Game First
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Youngstown State University football season ticket holders, supporters and students will have an opportunity this month to purchase tickets to the YSU-Ohio State football game before the general public sale begins.
The Penguins will visit the Buckeyes on Sept. 9 at Ohio Stadium in Columbus. Kickoff will be at noon.
The game will mark YSU’s first trip to Ohio State since 2008 and just the third in school history.
Tickets are $46 for upper level and $66 for lower level.
Loge holders at Stambaugh Stadium, 2023-24 Penguin Club Gridiron Club members, 2023 season ticket holders, Football Alumni Club members, Bridge Builders members and YSU students will get the first opportunities to purchase seats in the YSU section for the game, with dates set aside for each group.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public June 28.
Loge holders, Penguin Club Gridiron members, Bridge Builders members and season ticket holders can purchase a number of tickets equal to the number of seats they have for the upcoming season.
Members of the 2023-24 YSU Football Alumni Club, as well as the general public, can purchase up to four tickets.
The deadline to purchase tickets for all groups is July 28.
To purchase tickets, call 330 941 1978 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. All tickets for the game will be electronic and will be delivered via the OSU Game Day App.
Here are the dates when each of the aforementioned groups can purchase tickets:
- June 5-9: YSU football loge holders;
- June 12-16: 2023-24 Penguin Club Gridiron Club members;
- June 19-23: 2023 football season ticket holders, football alumni club members and Bridge Builders;
- June 26-27: Current YSU students;
- June 28: General public sale begins.
