Nanette Lepore to Visit Suzanne’s on Black Friday

BOARDMAN, Ohio – To celebrate Black Friday, Suzanne’s women’s boutique in Boardman will host noted designer and Mahoning Valley native Nanette Lepore.

Lepore will be at the store 3 to 5 p.m. Nov. 23. That day, owner Suzanne Kessler is offering 20% off all items in the store, 813 Boardman-Poland Road.

Lepore, a Youngstown native, launched her clothing line in 1992 and has since expanded into shoes and fragrances. Today, her brand is featured in specialty stores worldwide, along with large retailers such as Neiman Marcus and Saks.

Kessler started her store in 1975 with her sister, initially as a retailer of women’s golf and tennis apparel in Niles before moving to Boardman. Today, the boutique carries brands including Bailey 44 and Michael Stars, in addition to Nanette Lepore.
