Synergy Comp Named to Inc. 5000 for Fourth Straight Year
SHARON, Pa. – Synergy Comp Insurance Co. has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in the country for the fourth consecutive year, posting a three-year growth rate of 88%.
“Synergy Comp received the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies’ award because of our employees’ commitment to safety and excellence,” said CEO Lew Kachulis in a statement, “which have resulted in reducing our policyholders’ workplace injury costs by 63%. We also thank our loyal independent insurance agents and their policyholders for recognizing the importance of creating a safer work environment for their employees.”
In the annual Inc. 5000 list, Synergy Comp was ranked No. 3,798, well ahead of its previous rankings – 4,883 in 2018, 4,463 in 2017 and 4,581 in 2016. The Sharon company, founded in 2005, reported revenue of $22.8 million last year and 34 employees.

Representatives from Synergy Comp will attend the 38th Annual Inc. 5000 Conference and Gala Oct. 10 through 12 in Phoenix, Ariz., to accept their award.
