TCTC Connects Students to Potential Employers
WARREN, Ohio – Trumbull Career & Technical Center is celebrating Career and Technical Education Month by hosting a weeklong event aimed at helping students “discover their E” – enrollment, enlistment or employment.
Students got the opportunity to meet with 42 companies who are ready to hire new talent and grow their workforce.
“We have such a need for manufacturing and skilled trades; that’s what we’re hearing,” says Morgan Cretella, community engagement specialist for TCTC. “I think we have a good turnout from the businesses because of that fact. They’re here because they’re looking for employees, and hopefully we’re preparing our students to go out and be great employees for them.”
