Texas Company Buys Sunbelt Rentals Property for $2.3M
CORTLAND, Ohio — A developer from Dallas, Texas purchased the property at 2229 Elm Road, which currently houses the Sunbelt Rentals location here.
NS Retail Holdings LLC closed on the purchase on Nov. 17 for $2,334,830, according to the Trumbull County Auditor website. The former owner, Berry Management LLC, purchased the property from Betty Jane Lahman on Aug. 5, 2013 for $180,000.
NS Retail Holdings was incorporated in December 2019 in its home state of Delaware, according to U.S. Business Finder.
The retail location was built in 2015.
Sunbelt Rentals rents equipment for general construction, as well as industrial tools, pumps, power generation, climate control and HVAC, shoring solutions, scaffolding, remediation and restoration equipment, according to its website.
