YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – In this episode of The Real T, Abby Masluk is joined by Alicia Kosec, northeast Ohio regional manager of Howard Hanna Real Estate, to give an update on the latest happenings in the Mahoning Valley real estate market.

“The market is hot right now,” Kosec says. “There is a lack of inventory, and a lot of buyers who are taking advantage of historically low interest rates. A listing that goes up today is usually sold by tonight.”

Kosec also highlighted the importance of enlisting a real estate agent’s expertise when buying or selling in today’s fast-moving market.
