YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – In this episode of The Real T, Abby Masluk is joined by Bob Roberts of Mayo & Associates Realtors to give an update on the latest happenings in the Mahoning Valley real estate market.

Roberts and Masluk discuss the effect the coronavirus has had on supply and demand in the area. Roberts says sellers began to take their homes off the market when the coronavirus hit in March, leaving many more buyers than sellers.

“It’s definitely a seller’s market right now,” Roberts says. “But it’s also a good time to be a buyer because interest rates are so low.”

Roberts also shared some of his newest listings, including a four-bedroom updated farmhouse in Canfield, a fully-renovated three-bedroom home in Poland and a sprawling 4,100 square foot historic home in the Glen in Boardman.
