The Real T | Rich and Jenna
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – In this episode of The Real T, Abby Masluk is joined by Rich Feezle and Jenna Koontz, both of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.
The group takes viewers on a virtual tour of a model home in the Ridgely Park Development in Poland and discusses the process of building a home. The model home, located at 3308 Chestnut Hill, is a 2,300 square foot ranch with four bedrooms and numerous upgrades.
Koontz says that the current real estate market is seeing a lot of demand and not enough homes for sale, and so many buyers are looking at building as an option.
“One of the benefits to building is that everything is up to code and energy efficient,” Koontz says. “A new home is virtually maintenance free and there are long term savings in terms of utility bills.”
While both accomplished agents in their own right, Feezle and Koontz formed a dynamic partnership known as Rich and Jenna. The agents utilize YouTube and social media to create an informative and entertaining experience for those interested in real estate in the Mahoning Valley.
