YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – In this episode of The Real T, Abby Masluk is joined by Zack Smigel, founder and course director of Real Estate License Wizard. The two discuss careers in real estate and the educational resources his company provides to aspiring agents across the country.

Real Estate License Wizard is an online service designed to simplify the process of attaining a real estate license. The website provides up-to-date tools and resources like practice exams, prep courses and educational videos.

Smigel got the idea to form the company a couple of years ago, when he was studying to become a real estate agent himself.

“I realized that there weren’t many great resources online to help prepare for the exam,” Smigel says. He enlisted the help of his cousin, Leo Smigel, and together they launched Real Estate License Wizard in 2018.
