The Way Station Wins iSynergy Digital Boost Contest

CANFIELD, Ohio – As the winner of iSynergy’s second Digital Boost contest, The Way Station will receive $50,000 in marketing services from the Canfield-based marketing firm over the next year.

The Way Station, a social-assistance organization with offices in Columbiana and East Liverpool, won the online voting contest held during July. The nonprofit, founded in 1988, operates thrift stores, food pantries, emergency assistance programs and job training. It also distributes food, clothing and emergency kits, as well as diapers through a partnership with Making Kids Count.

“More than anything, The Way Station offers hope,” said Executive Director Vicki Ritterspach in a release. “Winning this contest will boost our visibility throughout the Mahoning Valley, ultimately helping even more people in need.”

Among the services iSynergy will provide to The Way Station over the course of the next year are website design, branding, collateral design, search engine optimization and content writing.

“To be able to help and amazing organization like The Way Station is exactly the reason my team created this contest,” said iSynergy’s owner and creative director, Steve Cross i. “They make a difference each and every day and we want to make a difference for them.”
