When asked what her priorities are as Third Ward Councilwoman of Youngstown, Samantha Turner replied, “We want our residents to know if they call city hall and they have a problem, they’re going to get some service.”
As the recently inducted president of Youngstown’s Rotary Club, she says, “If we can throw the type of support that we put behind our efforts behind the Youngstown City School system, we could grow the city of Youngstown.”
