Tiffany Medical Center Sells for $2.875 Million
POLAND, Ohio – The Tiffany Medical Center, at 7067 Tiffany Blvd. here, has been sold for $2.875 million to a newly incorporated entity registered by area landlord Craig N. Tareshawty.
The seller is NextGen Real Estate Investors LLC, a Canton group that acquired the building in 2017 for $2 million.
The new owner is Tiffany Medical Center LLC, whose mailing address is listed as 3390 Flo Lor in Youngstown, the site of the Brandywine Apartments, which is owned by Tarashawty’s Brandywine Apartments Owners LTD.
Tareshawty, who owns apartments units and commercial properties across Mahoning County, incorporated Tiffany Medical Center LLC on April 23, according to state records.
The 38,000-square-foot, two-story office building was constructed in 1995 and remodeled in 2005. Among its occupants are Cleveland Clinic Star Imaging and Primary Care Associates, an internal medicine practice.
The assessed tax value of the building is $700,000. Annual property tax is $53,540.06, public records show.
