TNP Accepting Applications for Building a Better Warren Grants

WARREN, Ohio – Applications are open for Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership’s Building a Better Warren mini-grant program.

The grants provide eligible applicants up to $500 to be used for cleaning up or beautifying a Warren neighborhood.

Examples of approved projects include installing, painting or repairing playground equipment or fencing, landscaping, signage installation, graffiti removal and the installation of garden beds.

“We are excited to announce the return of the BABW mini-grants, which allows us to offer direct material support to folks who are building a better Warren by taking on community improvement projects in their neighborhoods,” said Sev Tripoulas, TNP’s community programs coordinator.

Applicants need to provide contact information, project information such as location and a brief description of the project, an estimated cost for the project and a list of needed items and their cost. Funding is limited to the city of Warren, and priority will be given to new projects or those that lack prior funding.
