TNP Hosts Open House Sunday at Home on the Market
WARREN, Ohio – As part of its Adopt a Home program, the Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership will host an open house at 504 Washington St. NE in Warren Sunday from noon to 2 p.m.
The house – a three-bedroom, one-bathroom Cape Cod style – has been fully renovated, the partnership says, including new gutters, downspouts, flooring and appliances. Renovations were made possible by funding from Bill Casey from Warren Glass and Paint, Diane Sauer and the Trumbull 100, among others.
“We are pleased to have created a new homeownership opportunity in the heart of Warren,” said TNP assistant director Lisa Ramsey. “ This is a freshly renovated home located within easy walking distance of downtown Warren and is an excellent opportunity for a potential homeowner looking to live in a vibrant neighborhood.”
The purchaser of the house must agree to live in it for at least three years. The house’s list price is $27,500.
