TNP Seeks Feedback for Active Transportation Plan

WARREN, Ohio – Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership is seeking feedback for its Active Transportation Plan and for residents and the business community to provide input for proposed projects.

The plan, which features an interactive map where visitors can leave comments and make suggestions is available HERE. It will be available until Friday. The map shows proposed sidewalks, bikeways, shared-use areas and crossing improvements.

“Now is the time to improve our opportunities for safe travel,” the organization said in a statement. “Everyone travels, whether it is for work, school or play by walking, biking or taking public transportation. We must work together to increase safe and accessible option for you.”

TNP is partnering with Trumbull County Public Health and other partners on the project. Proposed bicycle and pedestrian improvements have already been identified with local stakeholders.

More information on the Active Transportation Plan is available at Facebook.com/WarrenCityAT.
