TNP Seeks Proposals for Pine St. Building

WARREN, Ohio — Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership, on behalf of the Trumbull County Land Reutilization Corporation, is seeking proposals for development of 158 Pine St.

The purpose of the request for proposals is to solicit proposals from qualified developers interested in repurposing the now-vacant building. Investors are invited to submit a development proposal including a description of the proposed end-use, rehabilitation specifications and qualifications.

The RFP outlining the goals and requirements of the project is available at the TNP website. Goals include:

  • Creating a feasible, economically viable development site at the building for greater downtown Warren.
  • Establishing a development that is “unique in character to downtown Warren and compatible with the existing historic fabric of the city.”
  • Creating an attractive, pedestrian-friendly location.
  • Incorporating environmentally conscious building and site development practices were practical.

The RFP outlines TNP’s development goals and evaluation criteria, both of which will play a primary role in the selection of contracts for development at the site, TNP said in a news release. The RFP also contains an overview of the site, a list of relevant districts and incentives, and a complete list of all submission requirements.

Investors interested in this opportunity can submit the required documents in the form of a single PDF to Matt Martin at matt@tnpwarren.org. Site visits can be arranged through Shawn Carvin 330 469 6828. For more information, call 330 599 9275.
