Tolmiros Financial Designs Moves into Liberty Location

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio – HD Davis CPAs and White Glove Payroll have a new neighbor in the Churchill Park Professional Building.

Wealth management firm Tolmiros Financial Designs, launched in late January by co-founders Ryan Glinn, managing partner, and Jonathan Lapine, CEO, is the new tenant at 4308 Belmont Ave.

“I am extremely excited to have another great resource on our property to serve our community and clients,” said Tim Petrey, managing partner of HD Davis CPAs, founder of White Glove Payroll and co-owner of the Churchill Park Professional Building. “I’ve worked closely with Jonathan and Ryan for many years, and their perspective on financial planning is unique and refreshing.”

Lapine earned his accounting degree from The Ohio State University and worked various jobs as an auditor and in corporate finance before joining his father-in-law, Andy Moyer, as a financial planner. Moyer was a partner at Dumas & Moyer and principal at W3 Wealth Management before his retirement in 2020. Lapine also was a principal at W3 Wealth Management prior to his new venture.

Glinn earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. He began his financial planning career in 2015 while pursuing his master’s degree in both finance and international business at Kent State University. Glinn previously was a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual and W3 Wealth Management. He also serves on the board of the Howland Community Scholarships Foundation.
