Trade Journal Picks Simon’s Roof Restoration System

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Simon Roofing,  one of the nation’s largest manufacturers and installers of commercial roofing systems, is featured in the June edition of Buildings magazine, a trade journal that specializes in the management of commercial buildings.

Simon was selected by the publication’s editorial board as one of the winners of its annual “Money-Saving Products” awards. The trade journal commended the company’s “Three-Phase Roof Restoration” system as a cost-effective way to extend the life and warranty of commercial roofing assets by spreading the work and the expense over multiple years.

“It’s an innovative alternative to a roof replacement that results in a leak-free, like-new condition roof that comes with a full 15-year warranty on labor, workmanship and materials,” said Anthony Vross, Simon Roofing co-owner. “The difference between the Three-Phase Roof Restoration and our other restoration systems is that the scope of work and costs are spread out over a three-year period, with the roof being brought to watertight condition in phase one. This gives facility managers the assurance of a leak-free roof, the budget flexibility to tackle other maintenance projects, and the investment protection of extending the service life of their existing roof.”

Using proprietary roofing materials from its own SR Products manufacturing division, Simon’s restoration three-phase system can restore built-up, modified, single-ply, foam and metal roofs.

Simon Roofing operates 64 service centers across the United States. The 116-year-old company manufactures roofing products and provides roof repair, restoration and replacement services.
