True North ELO Promotes Cooper and Eckleberry

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio – True North ELO LLC announced this week the promotions of two key employees, Drew Cooper and Ann Eckleberry.

Cooper, with nearly a decade of service with True North, is being promoted to president and chief operating officer of the company. Eckleberry is being promoted from the financial services team to senior vice president of financial services and general manager of the company’s business solutions business unit.

Cooper graduated from the U. S. Naval Academy and earned a master’s degree in engineering and industrial management from George Washington University.

His career has centered on driving operational efficiency, strategic planning and developing customized solutions that empower clients to achieve growth and financial clarity.

“Drew has been a cornerstone of True North’s success, and I am thrilled to see him slip into the role of president and COO,” says True North founder and CEO Charles Bailey. “His nearly decade-long commitment to our company, coupled with his deep understanding of our industry, gives me complete confidence in his ability to execute our strategic visions as we embark on this next phase of growth.”
I’m his new role, Cooper will oversee operations, giving True North’s efforts to further elevate its service offerings, expand its market presence and maintain a client-centered approach.

Eckleberry joined True North in 2023 with a wealth of experience, including having owned her own accounting firm and served as an accountant with Cunningham & Associates in Cleveland for 14 years.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fairmont State University and became a certified public accountant in 2007.

In her new role, Eckleberry will report to Cooper and assume responsibility for implementing industry-leading financial systems, processing and controls across True North’s business units.

Additionally, Eckleberry will oversee all aspects of the business solutions unit, driving the unit’s growth and service quality to meet the evolving needs of True North’s clients.

“Ann has been instrumental in driving our financial services to new heights over the past year, from cultivating talent within our teams to bringing in key clients. Her dedication to building a robust and strategic financial framework has set the stage for sustained success,” Bailey says.

True North ELO LLC, a unit of True North Holdings, provides bookkeeping, medical billing, revenue cycle management, accounting and business counseling services to clients across America.

Currently headquartered in Chester, W.Va., its operations will be relocating to East Liverpool when renovations to its building on Fifth Street are complete.

The company was founded in 2012.
