Trumbull County Announces Vaccine Facility
The Trumbull County Commissioners; the Trumbull County Fair Board; U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan, D-13 Ohio; and Frank Migliozzi, health commissioner for the Trumbull County Combined Health District; met on Tuesday to announce that CARES Act funding would be used for a new facility at the Trumbull County Fairgrounds.
The new facility will allow vaccine recipients to drive through the structure to receive their shots. Posts are already in the ground to mark the location of the building.
Ryan said the funding is being used properly to create a safe and efficient vaccine distribution.
