Trumbull County Drone Program Receives $650K
NILES, Ohio – The Trumbull County Educational Service Center’s new drone program has received $650,000 from the U.S. Department of Education.
The funds will assist in the opening of an advanced unmanned air mobility center at Trumbull Career & Technical Center, develop a pre apprenticeship program for TCTC students, provide entrepreneurship education related to the unmanned aircraft industry and expand the number of teams to participate in the Drones in School National Racing League.
