Tucker Arensberg Welcomes Bankruptcy Attorney Helbling

PITTSBURGH – The law firm of Tucker Arensberg has hired Courtney Helbling, whose practice focuses on bankruptcy, insolvency and creditor’s rights.

Helbling served four years as a judicial law clerk to Judge Thomas P. Agresti in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. After her clerkship, she served as assistant district attorney in Crawford County, Pa., where she prosecuted crimes ranging from summary appeals to felonies. 

Helbling earned her law degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she was a supervising editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce.  She holds a B.S. in environmental studies from the University at Buffalo.

Tucker Arensberg, based in Pittsburgh, has over 75 attorneys. Additional offices are in Harrisburg, Pa., New York City and Foster City, Calif.
