Tuesday Morning to Join Tiffany Square Tenants
BOARDMAN, Ohio – Tuesday Morning will join the tenant mix at the Tiffany Square retail center, reports Kutlick Realty LLC.
The retailer, which has more than 800 locations, specializes in gifts, home furnishings and accessories. It plans to open in the plaza during the second quarter and occupy more than 10,000 square feet in the plaza.
Tiffany Square, at U.S. Route 224 and South Avenue, is in the final stages of its multi-million dollar renovation, notes real estate broker Bill Kutlick. Chick-fil-A and Ashley Furniture are completing construction and preparing for their openings this year.
One additional space at Tiffany Square and one outparcel remain available, Kutlick reports. Existing tenants include Marshalls, Hobby Lobby, Fin Feather Fur, Michael Alberini’s restaurant, Huntington Bank and McDonald’s.
