Two Properties Sold in Boardman, Including Former Pizza Hut
BOARDMAN, Ohio — Two commercial properties in prime areas of Boardman were sold Friday: one for $800,000 and another for $600,000.
The former Pizza Hut located at 8535 South Ave. was sold to Day 2 Day Properties LLC for $600,000, according to documents from the Mahoning County Auditor’s website. The company bought the property from Premier Real Estate Management LTD, which purchased it December 2020 for $397,000.
Day 2 Day Properties was incorporated on Feb. 9 by Michael Day of Lowellville, according to documents from the Ohio Secretary of State.
Also on April 30, 860 Boardman Canfield RD LLC closed on the property at 860 Boardman Canfield Road for $800,000, according to the Mahoning County Auditor. The 22,000-square-foot Class-B office space was built in 1974.
The previous owner, Judeh Ihsan A & Toni L purchased the building in Decmeber 2002 for $760,000.
According to documents from the Ohio Secretary of State, 860 Boardman Canfield RD LLC was incorporated March 29 by Hanni Mahmoon of Lake Milton.
