Venture Plastics Adds an Injection Molding Machine
NEWTON FALLS, Ohio – Venture Plastics has purchased a new injection molding machine for its Newton Falls plant to help the company meet the growing demand for its products.
When installed, the new Nissei 500 Ton FNX 460 III molding machine will bring the Newton Falls plant to 20 presses ranging from 55 to 1,440 tons, according to a press release from the company.
Venture Plastics has another plant in El Paso, Texas, which has 16 presses ranging from 55 to 950 tons.
The company is a full-service, ISO/IATF 16949 certified custom thermoplastic injection molder.
Venture Plastics has been strengthening its manufacturing and operational teams at both of its plants for the past couple of years. It is now confident that it has the ability to provide customers with the right solution, according to Alan Shultice, director of sales and marketing.
“As Venture Plastics continues to grow, we will work hard to provide [our customers] with the top-notch services and capabilities [they] have come to expect from us since 1969,” he said. “We also promise to always be on the lookout for new solutions, technology and team members to help produce the best products at the right price.”
The key markets Venture Plastics services out of both facilities are transportation, agriculture, appliances, consumer, power backup, fuel delivery, telecommunications, rail, food prep, point of purchase, and medical.
Venture Plastics has been supplying custom injection molding services since 1969.
Its Newton Falls plant comprises 92,000 square feet across two facilities, with 67,000 square feet dedicated to molding and 25,000 square feet for warehousing and engineering.
Its 60,000 square-foot El Paso plant houses a molding operation.
