Warren Industrial Group Acquires Everett Industries
WARREN, Ohio – Warren Industrial Group has acquired the operating business assets of Everett Industries, an industrial saw-blade manufacturer in Warren.
Founded in 1962, Everett manufactures abrasive cutoff and chop saws used in cutting both ferrous and nonferrous bars, tubes, pipe and castings, among other uses. Warren Industrial group is an Ohio-based holding company specializing in “revitalizing and expanding markets for old-line industrial ventures like Everett.”
“It’s difficult to find a manufacturing plant in North America that does not have or has not owned an Everret saw,” said Warren Industrial President Jim Vosmik in a release. “The new Everett Industries plans to help its customers modernize and automate their cutoff operations for new materials, provide higher finish requirements, cleaner operations and accommodate the retiring baby boomer workforce.”
Everett will continue to operate out of its plant at 3601 Larchmont Ave. NE in Warren.
