A ceremonial groundbreaking took place at the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library to celebrate renovations and a 15,000-square-foot expansion of the building. The new space will provide for more programming and resources in the children’s and teen areas.
“This is a needed service for the people of Warren and Trumbull County. The return on investments for libraries in Ohio is about ten dollars for every dollar we spend annually, so it’s a good investment for everybody,” says James Wilkins, director and fiscal officer of the library.
