WATCH: $9 Million Industrial Park Development Begins

WARREN, Ohio — Governor Mike DeWine and local officials celebrate the start of work on the new West Warren Industrial Park with a groundbreaking ceremony today.

The project, which will be built on the site of the former Western Reserve High School, is being spearheaded by Sapientia Ventures, which took possession of the 86-acre site in February.

Construction of the first building is set to begin this fall and last 18 to 24 months.
