Wean Foundation Names Burgess Associate of Operations and Facilities

WARREN, Ohio – The Raymond John Wean Foundation announced this week the addition of Ashley Burgess to its staff as associate of operations and facilities.

In this role, Burgess oversees the Wean Foundation building to ensure it is safe and functions at peak performance, Her duties include maintaining day-to-day operations, facilitating room reservations, supporting organizational needs during meetings and events, and assisting staff with resolving operational concerns or problems.

“I’m most excited about supporting a place that respects individual needs and lives,” Burgess says.

Burgess most recently served as operations manager at David’s Bridal in Lyndhurst and has nearly 10 years of customer service and sales experience.

“We are happy to have Ashley aboard,” says Wean Foundation President Jennifer Roller. “She brings deep experience in people-facing and operations roles, a positive community outlook, and a great desire to learn and excel.”
