Nan Wilkoff, program associate with the Raymond John Wean Foundation in Warren, has been selected by Exponent Philanthropy for its Next Gen Fellowship. Exponent Philanthropy, based in Washington, D.C., says it provides resources and connections “to held funders make the most of the minutes they have and the dollars they give.” The organization created the Next Gen program to develop the next generation of foundation leadership. The six-month program includes mentoring from practitioners and field leaders, a focus on best practices and emerging trends, and a personalized learning agenda for each participant. Wilkoff assists with the administration of the Wean Foundation’s grants and is instrumental in its Neighborhood Success program. She received her B.A. from Rajamangala University in Thailand.
