Weekend Entertainment | Seasonal Attractions – and Hockey – Are Back

Fall is in the air.

Well, maybe not today. But it will be any day now.

And seasonal attractions, like Maze Craze in New Springfield, are once again open for the season, which runs through early November. Maze Craze, voted one of the best corn mazes in the nation in one poll, is open from 5 to 11 p.m. Fridays, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays.

This year’s maze is based on Pinocchio. For information, click HERE.

There are other signs of fall on tap this weekend.

Hockey season returned this week, and the USHL champion Youngstown Phantoms are in action Friday and Saturday night at Covelli Centre. Click HERE.

Theresa Caputo, the “Long Island Medium,” will bring her show to Packard Music Hall at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Click HERE.

Even more Halloween-ish is the comic musical parody “Zombie Prom” at Youngstown State University Theatre, which opens a two-weekend run Friday, and the touring road show of “Rocky Horror Picture Show,” which comes to the Robins Theatre on Tuesday.
