Westminster’s Celebrity Series Reveals Lineup

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The 2024-25 season of the Westminster College Celebrity Series will include concerts by Abbamania and a Christmas concert with The Tenors.

All shows begin at 7:30 p.m. in Orr Auditorium on the Westminster College campus.

Here is the schedule:

• Sept. 21: The Doo Wop Project: A New Doo. Classic favorites and contemporary hits with a doo-wop twist, performed by the stars of Broadway shows “Motown: The Musical,” “Jersey Boys” and others.

• Nov. 1: Abbamania and Night Fever. Disco-era music of ABBA and the Bee Gees.

• Dec. 18: Christmas with The Tenors. Operatic pop music with original songs and tributes.

• March 29: Bennett: From Gershwin to Gaga. Chris Mann of “The Voice” stars as Tony Bennett.

• May 3: Neil Berg’s 50 Years of Rock and Roll Part 3. From the birth of rock ’n’ roll in the 1940s to the MTV era, composer/lyricist Berg pays tribute to the stories and groundbreaking music.
