What First-Time Homebuyers Need to Know

Davis says that those interested in buying their first home should begin with a “strategy meeting” with a lender. A loan officer will help buyers understand their ideal price point, monthly payment options and types of loans that are available. This knowledge allows buyers to feel more prepared and confident as they begin to work with their real estate agent.
